• How long does an order from BZ FurFur typically take?
    You should allow for 5-7 business days for your item to be created. For standard items in the shop this begins as soon as you place your order. For any custom orders, this will be from when the final mockup is approved.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Unfortunately for custom and personalized orders, all sales are final. Once the mockup is approved we will begin work at which point you are responsible for the full cost of the piece. For standard, non-personalized items we will accept returns provided the piece is returned in the same condition it was shipped. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
  • How does the process work for custom orders?
    When you request a custom order our artist will contact you via your preferred contact method (email, phone). We will begin by asking some questions which will help inform us about the type of wood, the design, the use of colors, etc. After the initial consultation, we will supply you with a mockup of the piece and a quote on the total cost. We can make up to three revisions on the initial mockup before we will begin work on the piece. During this time we will be unable to make changes to the design as the process of creating the pieces involves permanently burning the designs into the wood. Payment is due after the initial mockup is provided and before any further revisions are made and any work is done
  • Do you do portraits?
    Unfortunately, our artist does not do portraits or photo-realistic pictures.
  • Can you do a piece for this show / sports team / movie / book / etc?
    It depends. Many of these items could be copyrighted. If they are we would need to procure a license which could mean an additional cost.
